Museumwise Silent Auction

Showcase your organization to the largest gathering of museum professionals in New York State. Donate a gift of merchandise to the Museumwise Silent Auction held during the annual Museums in Conversation conference in Albany, on Monday, April 23rd.

All auction items will be prominently displayed in the Silent Auction exhibit space at the Albany Marriott during the conference. In exchange for your contribution, your organization will be listed in materials distributed to conference participants, and formally recognized in the Museumwise e-newsletter which is distributed to museum professionals throughout the state, additionally your organization will be recognized on the Museumwise website.

This conference draws participants from a broad range of cultural institutions representing many disciplines in the field. The annual Silent Auction is a popular feature that attracts a lot of attention!

Please consider donating a prize to this year’s Silent Auction. You can send your prize directly to the Museumwise office at 11 Ford Avenue, Oneonta, NY 13820 or bring it with you to the conference.

Upon registering for the Museums in Conversation Conference, participants will receive a Cultural Passport which will allow them free or reduced admission and other discounts at museums and other cultural institutions in and around the Albany area.  We encourage you to extend your stay to take advantage of this opportunity to visit the organizations of your peers and colleagues while also enjoying the art, history and culture of the Capital District.
